I want to make this clear first. I am not a basketball fan. Meaning that I have no idea who's who within the familiar NBA team of bulls, jazz, sonics, wizards, nicks and others. But I've played the NBA games since NBA jam up to live so at least I know how a good basketball game work. Harlem globtrotters is a shameful piece of plastic crap with their license slapped into it.

You'll notice how much care they've given to this game at the main menu of the game. You'll be forced to use the stylus as that's the only way to browse the menu and the next arrow is a wee bit small to use your fingers for it. The modes you can choose are normal enough from tournament or world tour, a quickie game and a multiplayer mode. There are a large variety of international team as well as the globetrotter team and a bunch of unlockable players per team (That is, if you have any interest in going through all the trouble getting them).

So now when your playing the actual game, you'll notice that there are two bars under each of the teams which is the super bar (The yellowish one) where you rack it up to unleash some kind of boomshakalaka shot and the stamina bar (the green one) which indicates how long your player can run. But you'll notice how broken this game is once someone has the ball. The computer are going to gang up on you and will body press you till they have stolen the ball. And that's just what's broken about this game, no foul is given to anyone at all. And there isn't even any out of bounds, backcourt, five second foul, shot clock, free throws and any of that which is needed for a basketball game so it's just "steal the ball away and make sure no one even shoots game". And the computer are masters... no, magicians in stealing as they can steal your ball without even touching you. You can't even shoot normally in this game as you'll be in a knee down position long enough for the computer to steal your ball and then jumping up to throw a ball the opponent already has.

Good luck with learning how to utilize the super bar as your opponent has no problem using it by flying dunking the whole court since there's no explanation nor a tutorial section in this game. This game hardly even counts as a basketball at all and a very shameful clone of the NBA JAM game. The graphics are all too simple except for the message in the score board. There's not even a graphic shot of someone achieving a power shot except showing the ball gaining afterimages. If your a fan of basketball, stay away from this game. If your a fan of the globetrotters, you can recreate their team at any current NBA LIVE's create a player and team, I wouldn't be surprised if there's already a preloaded one or even an extra team. But as for this game, it's 4 points short of being anything decent, a 1 out of 10.
