Worms - Open Warfare 2 is an amazing game, considering the past Worms games, and the limitations of the DS. This game has many interesting features, like Full Wormage, Forts, and a Shop, where you can buy more weapons, maps, and skins. The bad side is probably the sound.

Graphics 9/10: The graphics are pretty good. The opening of the game's graphics are good, and the cut scenes are funny. The moving backgrounds are also interesting, and give the game, life. The only problem I have with the graphics is that the pixels are pretty large, making some figures look disfigured.

Story 10/10: The storyline is presented as missions by a narrator, who wants an enemy dead. The boss levels give a interesting and challenging puzzle to reach the boss unnoticed. The cut scenes that follow these levels connect certain periods of time to each other. (e.g. World War I -> World War II)

Sound 4/10: After hearing about the same music throughout a round, it will get pretty annoying and repetitive. Despite the fact that you could buy various sound items in the shop, the music and speech is pretty much the same. Even though there are other maps, they still are relatively the same.

Game "Freshness" 7/10: The game is pretty fresh with a variety of features and items to collect. The bad part is, it takes a lot of grinding to get the coins necessary to buy everything in the shop. The rounds will get repetitive and there are those rounds where you'll be skeptical if it's all worth it. After everything is collected and done, there isn't much to it, it's just an empty shell.

Overall 7.5/10: Having friends is a big boost on the game longevity, it helps keep the game fresh. If you don't like the same routine over and over again, this game probably isn't the right game for you.

The game is fun to play with friends, and I liked how you could customize your worms. I also like the generation of maps and the map creator feature. I didn't like how slow it took for my DS to play with a DS without the game. I also didn't like how some of the missions are impossible.
